Waterford's The Cuvée 1.1 is a synthesis of all the work that has gone into the single farm series. Barley from 25 different farms is used for The Cuvée, with each terroir bringing its own identity. The Cuvée 1.1 is a rich and complex Irish single malt, where malty and floral notes mingle with fruity and floral aromas, as well as vegetal and even mineral notes. This is the first bottling of The Cuvée and will be a permanent part of the Waterford range.
